미래에셋운용 이어 대신증권도 해킹 사고 [서울=뉴스핌] 김가희 기자 =금융투자업계에서 해킹에 따른 정보 유출 사고가 잇따르고 있다. 대신증권에서 고객 3만8490명의 개인(신용)정보가 유출된 데 이어 미래에셋자산운용에서도 일부 업무용 시스템을 통한 정보 유출이 발생했다. 금융당국은 금융회사에 사이버 공격 대응체계 강화와 정보보안 투자 확대를 주문했다. 28일 금융투자업계에 따르면 대신증권은 지난 17일 비대면 투자일임 계좌 개설과 연계된 서버에서 외부인의 비정상적인 접근을 확인했다. 회사는 공격자 IP와 우회 접속 경로를 차단한 뒤 접속 기록을 분석했고, 이달 26일 고객 정보 유출 사실을 확인했다. SK하이닉스, 3Q 영업익 83조 '역대 최대' [서울=뉴스핌] 조민교 기자 = SK하이닉스가 인공지능(AI) 메모리 호황에 힘입어 분기 매출 100조원 시대를 열었다. 영업이익도 83조원을 넘어서며 역대 최대 실적을 새로 썼다. 여기에 올해 약 100조원 규모의 주주환원을 추진하기로 하면서 사상 최대 실적의 성과를 주주들과 나누는 데도 속도를 낸다. 그동안 주주환원 방안으로 거론됐던 일본 키옥시아 투자 수익이 실제 특별배당으로 연결됐다. [사진=조민교 기자] ◆ AI 메모리 호황에 영업익 83조…이익률 80% 달성 SK하이닉스는 28일 올해 3분기 연결 기준 매출 104조6155억원, 영업이익 83조3338억원을 기록했다고 밝혔다. 전분기 대비 각각 32%, 38% 증가한 수치로 모두 역대 최대다. 순이익은 39조7756억원, 영업이익률은 80%에 달했다. 매출 100원당 80원을 영업이익으로 남긴 셈이다. 실적 성장은 AI 메모리 수요 확대와 가격 상승이 이끌었다. D램에서는 6세대 고대역폭메모리(HBM4) 출하가 본격화되고 서버용 DDR5 판매가 크게 늘었다. 낸드에서도 321단 TLC 기반 기업용 솔리드스테이트드라이브(eSSD) 판매가 확대되며 고부가 제품 중심의 성장세가 이어졌다. SK하이닉스는 이러한 성장세가 당분간 지속될 것으로 보고 있다. AI 투자가 빅테크를 넘어 일반 기업과 국가 단위로 확산하는 반면, 반도체 생산시설 확충에는 상당한 시간이 필요한 만큼 2030년까지 메모리 공급 부족이 이어질 것이라는 전망이다. 이에 따라 연말까지 청주 M15X의 생산능력을 최대한 끌어올려 HBM4 공급을 확대한다. 4분기에는 HBM4가 출하량과 매출 모두에서 HBM3E를 넘어 주력 제품으로 자리 잡을 것으로 예상했다. 미래 수요도 상당 부분 확보했다. 현재 글로벌 클라우드 서비스 제공업체(CSP)를 포함한 14개 고객사와 장기공급계약(LTA)을 체결했으며, 계약 물량은 2027년과 2028년 전체 생산능력의 50% 이상에 해당한다. 계약 가격은 합의된 범위에서 시장 상황을 반영하도록 설계했다. 회사는 이를 바탕으로 내년 용인 1기 팹 가동 등 설비투자 규모를 올해보다 크게 늘릴 계획이다. SK하이닉스는 올해 현금배당 30조원 이상, 자사주 매입 및 소각 60조원 이상 등 약 100조원 규모의 주주환원을 추진한다고 밝혔다. 잉여현금흐름(FCF)의 50% 이상을 주주들에게 돌려주겠다는 기존 약속을 이행하기 위한 조치다. 특히 주목할 부분은 키옥시아 투자 수익의 환원이다. 그동안 거론됐던 키옥시아 투자 성과의 주주환원이 실제 특별배당으로 구체화됐다. SK하이닉스는 올해 키옥시아 투자로 실현한 수익의 대부분을 주주들에게 돌려주기로 했다. 이날 이사회에서 결의한 3분기 현금배당은 총 14조원으로 주당 2만원이다. 이 가운데 1만원은 실적 개선에 따른 배당이며, 나머지 1만원은 키옥시아 투자 수익을 반영한 특별배당이다. 반도체 사업에서 벌어들인 이익뿐 아니라 투자로 확보한 수익까지 주주와 공유하는 구조다. 자사주 매입도 이어간다. 지난 8월 발표한 40조원 규모의 자사주 매입을 지난주 완료했으며 조만간 소각할 예정이다. 이날 추가로 결의한 자사주 매입 20조원 중 10조원은 주주환원 목적으로 전량 소각하고, 나머지 10조원은 임직원 보상에 활용한다. 임직원 보상용 자사주는 주주환원 규모에 포함되지 않는다.
